Newcastle-upon-Tyne Civic Centre (the administrative headquarters for the city council) has some very interesting architectural features, and is spectacularly illuminated at night. This view is looking along the Ceremonial Way. The large structure on the left is the council chamber. The statue on the wall in the centre is the Tyne River God.
